Alessia will outline the ergonomics of playing an early Irish harp: posture, sitting position, holding your instrument, hand position etc. Coming originally from the world of pedal- and modern Irish harp, Alessia understands where most of you are coming from, and can help you to modify your current technique so that you get the best out of an early Irish harp.
